All purchases made through our website are non-refundable, as our products fall under personal fashion accessories.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges ONLY if:

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective on arrival

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 24 hours

  • Mandatory unboxing video from start to finish

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
